Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Oxpher ("Oxpher," "we," "us," or "our"). Oxpher is a premium Lua menu officially affiliated with redENGINE, built into the cheat as an addon when you purchase a subscription to our product.

By accessing, browsing, or using https://oxpher.wtf (the "Website") or purchasing any subscription or license key through our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Oxpher provides access to our proprietary Lua menu, delivered as a subscription-based license key (collectively, the "Product"). The Lua menu is designed to operate as an official addon for the redENGINE product.

Important Disclosures

• We own and maintain the Oxpher Lua menu.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, the FiveM project, or any third-party server operators.
• All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase digital goods in your jurisdiction.
• You understand the risks associated with modifying or augmenting online games.
• You accept full responsibility for your use of Oxpher.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

License keys are delivered digitally, usually instantly, on the confirmation screen provided at checkout. Once a key is issued, the product is considered delivered.

You acknowledge that license keys and subscription time cannot be returned, reclaimed, or "unused" once delivered or activated.

Purchasing an Oxpher subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the menu for the duration of your subscription, solely for personal use.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, lend, or transfer your license key
• Allow more than one user to use a single key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the menu
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with license enforcement or security measures
• Use the menu to develop, train, or improve a competing product

Violation of any restriction immediately terminates your license without refund.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Compatibility with your device, operating system, game version, or hardware
• Performance, uptime, or future availability of the menu
• Continued functionality after game or server updates
• Avoidance of bans, kicks, or restrictions imposed by Rockstar or any FiveM server

System compatibility and suitability are solely your responsibility.

You agree to:

• Review all product descriptions and system requirements before purchase
• Use Oxpher in compliance with applicable laws
• Keep your license key and account credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for your configuration, system setup, and environment

Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund.

You agree that you will not:

• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes under ANY circumstances
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or payment manipulation
• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer your license key
• Reverse engineer, modify, or bypass security measures
• Misrepresent yourself as the creator, reseller, or owner of Oxpher

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

• All prices are displayed at checkout and are final.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.
• Oxpher does not store payment card information.
• You authorize us to charge the full amount at the time of purchase.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Refunds are issued only if:

• The menu is proven to be defective due to an error on our end, and
• The issue is verified by our support team

No refunds will be issued for:

• Incompatibility with your system or device
• User error or misconfiguration
• Failure to read requirements or descriptions
• Game bans, server bans, or account restrictions
• Detection events caused by third-party updates or patches
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Refusal to follow troubleshooting instructions
• Subscription cancellations after the key is delivered or activated

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized dispute initiated by you, without prior resolution through Oxpher support, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Oxpher reserves the right to, without notice:

• Immediately and permanently revoke access to the license key associated with the disputed transaction
• Terminate any active or future subscriptions linked to you
• Disable, suspend, or invalidate any licenses or access credentials provided
• Blacklist your IP address, device identifiers, and payment method from future purchases
• Submit transaction records, communications, and usage logs as evidence to payment processors and dispute platforms

Users who initiate chargebacks or payment reversals forfeit any right to continued use of Oxpher, including access obtained prior to the dispute.

Oxpher reserves the right to recover losses, fees, and damages resulting from chargeback or dispute abuse, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All Website content, branding, source code, and original materials for the Oxpher Lua menu are the property of Oxpher.

Purchasing a subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Oxpher in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Oxpher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Oxpher in the preceding twelve (12) months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oxpher, its owners, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Oxpher
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights or laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you are immediately revoked. No refunds will be issued.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Oxpher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
