Refund Policy

Oxpher is a premium Lua menu officially affiliated with redENGINE, built into the cheat as an addon when you purchase a subscription to our product. Because our product is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase on https://oxpher.wtf, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any license key or subscription once it has been delivered or activated.

This policy applies regardless of usage, time since purchase, or remaining subscription duration.

A refund or replacement may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The menu is provably defective due to an error on our end
• The issue prevents basic functionality as advertised
• The issue is verified by Oxpher support
• You have followed all provided troubleshooting steps

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion. If the issue can be resolved through a patch or a key reset, a refund will not be provided.

Refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Incompatibility with your system, device, or operating environment
• Failure to review product descriptions or system requirements
• User error, misconfiguration, or misuse
• Third-party software conflicts (antivirus, firewalls, system settings)
• Game bans, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Rockstar or any FiveM server
• Detection events caused by third-party updates or patches
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Subscription cancellations after the key is delivered or activated
• Partial usage or remaining subscription time
• Refusal to cooperate with troubleshooting or support instructions

If the issue is determined to be on your end, no refund will be granted.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized dispute instead of contacting support is a violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases:

• All access to your license key and subscription will be immediately revoked
• Any active or future subscriptions will be terminated
• You will be permanently barred from using Oxpher services
• Your IP address, device identifiers, and payment method may be blacklisted
• Evidence will be submitted to payment processors and dispute platforms

Chargebacks do not override this Refund Policy.

If you believe your purchase qualifies for the limited refund exception, you must contact us before initiating any dispute:

Failure to contact support first will result in automatic denial of any refund request.

Oxpher reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• You understand subscription license keys are non-refundable
• You have reviewed the system requirements and product description
